Employment Law

An effective employment lawyer must have a deep understanding of the ever-changing and sometimes conflicting laws applicable to the employment relationship.

I represent both public and private employers in all aspects of employment law before state and federal courts and agencies.  I also counsel clients on federal employment laws including, Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA and the FLSA; state law equivalents to federal laws; and other state employment-related laws.

An effective construction lawyer must be well versed in the myriad roles and responsibilities of owners, design professionals, contractors and suppliers, as well as the legal responsibilities of each.
